Outcome: Improved access and utilization of quality health nutrition service for children during their first 100 days

Achievements: 5 Health facilities (HFs) and 6 community health units were supported with birthing equipment, Solar sets, and COVID-19 health essentials, 1416 children were screened for malnutrition by MUAC, 148 Children referred and counselled on nutrition behavior, exclusive breastfeeding session has resulted to the increase in the mothers practicing it from 20% to 63.2% between baseline and end line.
