Mr. Man Bahadur Shahi is a dynamic and results-driven development professional with over 10 years of experience in community development, humanitarian response, and climate resilience. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and currently serves as the Project Manager for SAHAYATRA-III at VDSEF Nepal.

With a strong background in project design, DRR, GESI mainstreaming, capacity development, and green enterprise promotion, Mr. Shahi has held key positions with organizations such as UN Migration (IOM Nepal), Mercy Corps Nepal, ANSAB, PHASE Nepal, and WAC Nepal. His six-month tenure with IOM Nepal enriched his understanding of the UN system and humanitarian coordination.

A strategic leader and skilled facilitator, Mr. Shahi combines his technical know-how, coordination strengths, and field mobility to drive impactful programs even in challenging contexts.
